The Three Stages of our Home Building Process

Discovery & Design

Before we start building anything, we try to understand exactly what your needs may be for a new home and give you a proper estimate on what we think could be the best fit for your budget and wants. We take into consideration everything you say, want, and we do our best to make your dreams into reality – but first, we lay down the blueprint to your dream home.

Define & Build

The second step is simple – we get to building.

The first stage of construction includes complete floor, wall and living space protection measures, including dust trapping procedures. We will disconnect all plumbing and electrical areas affected by the renovation. Depending on the size and complexity of the project, the average refurbishment of the kitchen or basement could take between 6 and 8 weeks.

Our Guarantee

Timurland Construction is proud of its thorough clean-up of your space, after which we will meet with you for a final walk through of the project to make sure you are happy with the final check. If any deficiencies are identified, they will be resolved quickly and professionally within 10 days of notice.
